Our customers
Since 1994 we have established long-term relationships with retailers and importers throughout United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and the United States. With recent plantings and increase in our basket of supply, our brand presence has been expanded to the Far East, Middle East and Russia.
Value chain integration
Value chain integration is central to our business model. We do not merely take ownership to grow our own high quality produce, we make it our business to also pack our own produce and ship it directly to our customers.
The result is that we take full control of our own value chain and ensure sustainable delivery of high quality produce.
Leading soft citrus exporter
Unipack Fruit was established in 1994 to supply growers in the area with a modern packing facility needed for the growing demand in the packing of specialised stone fruit (10%), lemons (30%) and soft citrus (60%) grown in the area. Our pack house was one of the first privately owned soft citrus pack houses in South Africa and currently we are one of the leading specializing in soft citrus exports.
Dibanisa
Our marketing arm is Dibanisa, which is a Xhosa word that means togetherness or to merge. This concept is central to our business philosophy of seamless value chain integration and community involvement.
